Dale Kobayashi offers a unique skill set for serving District 22 in the State House.  He is a tested leader in business both locally and around the world as well as a person serving to make a difference on various issues in our community. 

Dale was born and raised in Manoa and is a graduate of Punahou.  He holds an Accounting degree from the University of Southern California and a Masters in Public and Private Management from Yale.  He has over 30 years of professional experience working in New York, London, Tokyo and as President of Bishop Street Capital Management back here at home.
